1.88™ is an independent contemporary design brand inspired by Sudan and created for a global audience.

Where products are handmade, individually printed or produced in small batches, minor variations may occur. Such variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
Where applicable, an order is accepted once we have confirmed the order and any required payment has been successfully received or authorised.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
• a product is unavailable;
• pricing or product information contains an obvious error;
• payment cannot be authorised or verified;
• we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity;
• delivery cannot reasonably be completed to the address supplied; or
• a custom, commercial or special order has not been fully agreed.
If payment has already been received for an order that we are unable to fulfil, an appropriate refund will be provided.

Prices & Payment

Any prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated at the time of purchase.
Applicable delivery charges, taxes or other charges will be shown or communicated where required before an order is confirmed.
Prices and promotions may change from time to time. Changes will not normally affect orders already accepted, except where correction is required by law or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Delivery

Custom & Special Orders

Products created specifically for an individual customer, organisation, collaboration or other approved specification may be subject to additional terms agreed before production.
Once production of a personalised, customised or specially commissioned product has commenced, cancellation or change-of-mind return rights may be restricted where permitted by applicable law.
Any specifications, quantities, pricing, delivery arrangements, intellectual-property permissions or other material terms relating to a custom or commercial order should be confirmed separately where appropriate.

Collaborations, Quotations & Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, discussing a collaboration or receiving a proposal, concept, sample or mock-up does not create a partnership, licence, agency relationship or other commercial agreement unless expressly agreed in writing.
A discussion, quotation or exchange of creative material does not grant permission to reproduce, manufacture, publish, modify, distribute or commercially use 1.88™ artwork, designs, logos, brand assets or other proprietary material.
Any collaboration or licensing arrangement involving 1.88™ intellectual property must be expressly agreed in writing before production, publication or commercial use.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the original content and creative assets appearing on this website, including the 1.88™ name and brand identity, Secretary Bird brand artwork, original illustrations, graphics, product designs, logos, brand elements, collection identities, product graphics, photographs, text and layout elements, are owned by or licensed to 1.88™ and may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, design and other intellectual-property laws.
Access to this website does not grant any licence or right to use 1.88™ intellectual property except for ordinary personal, non-commercial viewing of the website.
