A conversation about collaboration is just that — a conversation. Unless agreed otherwise in a written agreement signed by the relevant parties, each party retains ownership of the intellectual property it brings to a proposed collaboration. No 1.88™ artwork, logo, design, brand asset, concept material, mock-up or other proprietary creative material supplied during discussions may be reproduced, modified, manufactured, distributed, published or used commercially without prior written authorisation from 1.88™.
Any collaborative project involving 1.88™ intellectual property must define in writing, before production or publication, the permitted use, ownership, attribution, approvals, territory, duration and any applicable commercial terms.
